  Flowers & Farm Friends The happiest flowery farm coloring book you'll ever see! This book was born deep in winter during one of the infamous Michigan "fake spring" days. Seriously, it will go from 25 degrees with 2 inches of snow on a Tuesday and by Thursday it's 55 with sunshine only to have 34 degrees with sleet on Friday. Talk about weather whiplash! I receive a small commission for purchases made through these amazon links.  I was desperate for pretty flowers and cute farm critters, but it just wasn't time yet - so Flowers & Farm Friends (formerly Spring on the Farm) was created! The focus for this book was highlighting the beauty of florals spread around the farm. There are tractors, piggies, horses, goats, chickens, ducks, old trucks, barns, fields and so so many flowers!  I wanted whimsical images that were still realistic looking and interesting enough to keep an adults attention, but not so overly complicated a child couldn't color them too...

I LOVE MY KINDLE It's sad to admit, I used to be aggressively against e-readers of any kind. The idea of swiping instead of turning a page; of marking a page by tapping a flag instead of finding a receipt or scrap paper; of turning the reader off instead of closing the book seemed negative to me.
